Alright, last night we went to a little party for Comfort's brother, Steve's birthday. It was a good time, though we got horribly lost along the way (curse you, dark, icy roads!) and wound up running out of time between teaching, a nap, and the party to put up a new entry yesterday. Whoops. So we'll toss up a couple things all at once, to make it up.
First up is process piece from Comfort of Phoenix moving from thumbnails, to rough, to final drawing and then color. It can be a time-consuming process, but it’s worth it for the kind of refined result that you get. It's rare that your first idea is the best one, and going through the roughs like this helps make sure your final design is as good as it can be.

Secondly is Adam’s piece of us as Jedi. It was done for a family Christmas project for Comfort’s family in 2005 that took each member of the family a put them into an archetype of the Star Wars universe. We were the 'Luke Skywalker and Mara Jade' of the family. It was a lot of fun and Comf’s family loved it.

--Today’s Tidbits--
In less then an hour we’re going to get started on our Star Wars RPG. Comf’s character is having a heck of a time because her long-lost love just came back from the dead only to find her with another man. Isn’t that always the way. *sigh* …Oh, and we all narrowly escaped the clutches of Darth Vader. The game is set just after the Jedi purge and our character are some of the last remaining Jedi. So, to say the least, it’s tough to be us.
At Steve's birthday bash we watched the still hilarious Spaceballs yet again - hard to believe, sometimes, that stuff you've seen so much can still make you laugh out-loud. We also ate vegan German Chocolate cake, which was surprisingly delicious. Yum! Still got no love for soy-milk, though. It's like milky-looking water, but with less flavor.
That’s all for now, we’ll catch you cats back here tomorrow for the first installment of our new series, 'Better Know a Unique.'
Until next time, fair readers-
Adam and Comfort
